Shipping Policy

We know that when the job needs to get done, it needs to get done now.

That’s why we offer Next Working Day delivery on all UK mainland orders, provided your order is placed before 1:30 pm and the items are in stock.

* We offer FREE Next Day delivery on all orders over £60 + VAT.

Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of £10.00

Of course, there are a few exceptions to this rule. We do have to offer a slightly slower service or charge a little extra for the likes of the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Return & Exchange Policy

Goods that are incorrect or not faulty can be returned but subjected to a £10.00 + VAT restocking charge per order.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and at the customer’s own expense and we will only accept incorrect or non-faulty items in their original packaging and where tins are unopened and seals intact.

We are happy to replace, refund or credit items that have been damaged in transit or are obviously faulty. Please get in touch to discuss any problems or concerns.

*Please note : If goods are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery and sign as damaged. Damaged goods may be refused replacement and refund if goods are signed as ‘Received in good condition’.
